You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel quite at home in Rosenn Teyr. Having sole use of the top floor of the house, this three room suite is light and airy with Velux windows and includes a large double bedroom, bathroom and a small TV lounge with sofa bed. It is decorated in a fresh, contemporary design with luxury linens and towels. We only accept two adults but the room configuration makes it possible for either two to be in the double room, or one in the double and one on the sofa bed in the living room. Please note the property is accessed via a shared front door and shared stairs and landing and keys for independent access will be given on arrival. The double bedroom has a separate lock and key for security. Also, note that there are some sloping ceilings restricting height to the far sides of the rooms - please refer to images or ask if you have any queries. A light breakfast is included in the cost and supplies will be in the room ready for your arrival. This includes a selection of cereals, croissants, a carton of orange juice, a selection of yoghurts plus tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, biscuits and a welcome bowl of fruit.

We feel privileged to have lived in St Agnes since 2001 and we absolutely love it and would not want to live anywhere else in the world. There is a certain captivating magic to St Agnes and many who find this stunning part of the Duchy keep coming back again and again. Our enthusiasm for the area is infectious and we like nothing more than sharing top tips on the best places to visit, the beaches to go and the best cafes, bars and restaurants to frequent, depending what you're looking for. One little tip, if you don't want to look like a tourist, just say "good morning" or "good afternoon" to anyone you pass in the street. We're a very friendly bunch in St Agnes. Please note we have a friendly Tibetian Terrier dog who lives with us and usually only has access to the ground floor.

You will find St Agnes a beautiful and friendly place with everything conveniently within walking distance, as long as you don't mind a few hills - the coast paths, beaches, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of Wheal Kitty making it central for everything that St Agnes has to offer. For tea/coffee stops, you can't go wrong with the Greenroom (the nearest and about 500m down the hill), The Sorting Office and St Agnes Bakery in the village centre, Genki on the road to the beach, or Schooners right on the beach. For lunch or dinner there's a host of eateries to choose from including the Taphouse Pub, the Peterville inn, St Agnes Hotel, the Railway Pub and perfectly located on the beach, Schooners. If you like music, then check out the Peterville and Taphouse, as they organise regular gigs. St Agnes is a walker's paradise being situated in this AONB. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and coastline with cliff path and there are many walks in the area. Activities in the immediate area include guided kayaking tours with Koru Kayaking and surfing lessons from the local beach.
