This unique apartment features panoramic sea views and direct access to the sandy beach. Situated adjacent to the Royal Harbour with easy walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping. It offers state of the art fixtures and fittings, three flat screen smart TV's, pool table, PlayStation 4 and games, two king size double bedrooms (one can be converted into twin beds) a study/office area with modern sofa bed, high speed broadband, and an air filtration system. Private secure parking with an EV charging point.

Fabulously located overlooking Ramsgate main sands and just a short walk from the Royal Harbour and bars and restaurants, this luxury apartment must be one of the best on the south coast and is ideally placed for an exciting break.
