This property consists of a large living area with additional king size sofa bed to maximise sleeping space for your guests. Books, games and DVDs are provided with a log burner for cosy evenings in the colder months. The dining area provides comfortable seating for up to 6 guests with an original stain glass feature adding to it's allure. Downstairs also houses a fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for guest use. Here you'll find everything you need to make the most of your self catering holiday. You'll also find the bathroom with both bath tub and separate shower cubicle, WC and vanity basin. Upstairs there are two light and airy bedrooms providing space for the whole family. The master offers a king size bed whilst the second provides a double bed with a single bunk on top. Outside you'll find a courtyard garden with table and chairs for alfresco evening dining. There are sun loungers for you to lay back and relax in the sea breeze and sunshine and a BBQ for you to use at your leisure. Carefully designed this property has been refurbished with family holidays and children in mind. Guests have access to the whole property and garden when staying at Salt Marsh Cottage. Side access houses the lock box for contactless property entry. Please note that this property has a private courtyard garden, however there is an emergency exit gate for the neighbouring property should it be required. Please be advised that during the period of the 1st May - 30th September each year, dogs are not allowed on the beach and other areas. Restrictions for dogs are in place and guests must check these restrictions themselves to ensure that it would be suitable for a dog on the dates booked.
