Samphire is a lovely family holiday cottage spread over four floors and is located in the conservation area of historic Deal in Kent. The cottage sleeps up to eight people and has two double bedrooms and a twin along with two single sofa beds. There are also a family bathroom, separate WC and basin, a fitted well equipped kitchen, a conservatory with a dining area and a sitting room. A second sitting room on the lower ground floor has two sofa beds. Outside is a courtyard with garden furniture. Just a couple of minutes from the shops, bars, beach and castle. Owner only accepts Friday check in days unless agreed by prior arrangement. Note: a refundable ?150 Good Housekeeping Bond is required to be paid in advance.
