Sandy Top is our self contained, self catering apartment just a stones throw from the beach. It offers a small, open plan, layout with the option of a Superking or two single beds, a spacious en-suite shower room, kitchen and dining area. Cute, quirky and seconds from the sandy bay and pebble beach. Perfect for a romantic getaway, dive stay, walking accommodation or mini beach break. Nestled in the beautiful bay of Coldingham in the Scottish Borders this location is perfect for anyone, activity enthusiasts, walkers, interested in history, you name it, there is something for everyone with lots to do, see, feel and experience. A travel cot is available on request.

We are a family of five with cats and a dog on site but Sandy Top is your own private haven. We love living next to the beach and frequent it in all weathers, paddle boarding on calm, still days, body boarding in the waves, BBQ's in the summer and winter and even go in the Sea on New Years Day in the big annual event 'The Loony Dook!'.

Secluded with just a few neighbours this place is a wee hidden gem right next to the beautiful Coldingham Sands. Easy walking distance to the village which has places to eat, village shops and caravan sites with entertainment for all.
