Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Sea Downs is a first-floor apartment located just off Eastbourne's fabulous seafront promenade - ideal for a beach getaway. Both bedrooms are flexible and can be set up as super kingsize rooms or with twin beds - making it perfect for families, friends or even colleagues sharing. The spacious dining lounge has doors leading to your private balcony, where you can enjoy side sea glimpses, plus a hint of the South Downs hills. There is a table and chairs for four if you fancy al fresco dining. Inside the lounge has two sofas for post-exploration relaxation. You can eat at the table in here, which seats up to six, and there is another breakfast table in the separate kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washer dryer. You've a bathroom with a bath and shower over and you'll find linen and regular towels supplied (please pack your beach towels). WiFi provided free and we can provide daily parking permits (ask us for details/price). This seaside holiday home has been recently updated to be more environmentally conscious — without compromising on guest comfort or style. The ethos is to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible. REDUCE: When cleaning this apartment, we use high-quality eco-friendly cleaning products sourced from independent UK suppliers, helping to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. REUSE: Throughout the apartment, you’ll notice thoughtfully chosen recycled and repurposed materials, adding character while reducing waste. In the bathroom, refillable dispensers made from recycled plastic replace single-use toiletries. RECYCLE: Facilities are provided to make it easy for guests to minimise waste during their stay, including recycling options for paper, plastics and food waste. These small, meaningful choices are all designed with intention - to create a more environmentally-responsible way for guests to enjoy travel.

Close to the theatres and the contemporary Towner art gallery, you're well placed for a culture break. You have cafes and restaurants on your doorstep and Eastbourne centre within five minutes walk. As you are set just off the seafront, the beach is a step and hop away, and the glorious South Downs are within easy reach for keen walkers.
