Sea Rose cottage is a warm and comfortable place to relax all year round. An enclosed back garden means that your children can play safely. The house is on a quiet cul de sac , accessible via a cut through for walkers and from Stone Bay Road for your car. The main room offers a comfortable king size bed . The second bedroom has two bunk beds, suitable for adults and teenagers. There are sofa beds available in the comfortable lounge. Please contact Fi to make arrangement for extra guests . She is always happy to help make your stay a happy and friendly experience. The lounge has a wall mounted flat screen TV , armchairs and a couch. A dining table and chairs allow views of the garden while eating. The bedrooms and stairs are carpeted for warmth and comfort. The separate kitchen features a microwave, oven and hobs, 'fridge, toaster and a large cafetière. Instant and/ or ground coffee as well as tea bags are provided for your arrival . Please let Fi know when booking whether you'd like to find dairy or your preferred plant milk waiting for you. Fi loves her town and wants you to love it too so please do let her know if you have any other requests.

Fi loves living in Broadstairs and loves to share her town with guests. She can tell you where to go for live music , a quiet beach day or a lively bucket and sand bouncy castle experience.

Sea Rose Cottage is a three minute walk into the centre of Broadstairs village and a two minute walk to Stone Bay beach. A lovely, safe, family friendly and sandy beach. Broadstairs train station is a 5 minute drive and easily walkable. Stagecoach run buses along the coast. In the village there is a cinema, many great restaurants ( Michelin starred!) and many pubs. Broadstairs is home to a thriving live music scene . The village has a range of shops selling gifts , jewellery and clothing. There are games arcades and a Punch and Judy show on Viking Bay beach in summer. Walk your dog along the Broadstairs Undercliff Walking trail or along the cliff tops for sea air and beautiful views. Viking Bay beach ( next to Stone Bay) has bouncy castles, beach swings and trampolines in summer. There are also licensed cafes on Viking Bay beach and a healthy cafe on Stone Bay beach. Supermarkets are an easy walk away, on the High St. The convenience store is two minutes walk . Pierremont Park, near the train station, has a safe, enclosed play park and is a lovely place to picnic. The squirrels will welcome you. We have migrating Turnstones wintering with us in Broadstairs as well as blackbirds, green parrots, robins, owls and other garden birds.
