This is a very special place right on the sea wall with unobstructed views of the beach and sea from all rooms. The house has a check in day of Fridays only for either weekends or in peak season whole weeks only. Parking is only for 1 small/medium car only on request.
Whitstable local family and passionate about making sure guests have a great time.
Whitstable is one of those towns that still has many independent shops and restaurants and a great sense of community. Everything is walkable from the property and you do not need a car either.

As the master bedroom is on the top floor and other beds on ground floor with easy access to the sea we do not accept children under 9.

Parking is only available for one car and prior reservation is needed.

The whole house will always be available at a reduced price for under occupancy only if 1 or 2 bedrooms are occupied. The study room also has a sofa bed but occupancy will still be limited to 6.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
