Welcome to our brand-new family-owned holiday home. This is a prestige caravan with front decking situated in the outstanding Sea view village at Combe Haven Caravan Park. This is an 8 berth, 3 bedrooms, double glazed, central heated holiday home. The home comprises a double bedroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds, and a spacious lounge. There is a spacious toilet and shower room as well as an additional toilet. The double bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and large wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms have single wardrobes, with one room also having a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in gas oven and hob. There is a large integrated fridge freezer along with a microwave, kettle & toaster. The dining area has a table with benches. In the living room, there is a 43" Smart TV and an electric fire. We also have WIFI, board games, and PlayStation 4 to keep the children and adults entertained. (8 PlayStation games/2 Games controller/Portable Hard drive/ charging cables) This property is located in Sea view village with surrounding views of the sea. **PLEASE NOTE BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED**
