Situated right on Eastbournes seafront overlooking the Pavillion gardens, Seaview Sanctuary is a small family run guest house under new management for 2022. Boasting panoramic seaviews from its balcony rooms and views of the South Downs to the rear. all rooms offer free wifi, flat screen tv and tea/coffee making facilities. Each bathroom includes complimentary toiletries. Continental breakfast box available on request, or we are just a short stroll away from numerous cafes and eateries. There is a sunny seafront conservatory with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and daily afternoon homemade cake. We are located just a 10/15 minute stroll along the promenade to the pier, and with the town centre and theatre quarter nearby, we couldnt be more ideally situated. The popular harbour with its shops and bars is a lovely flat cycle of just 15 mins, and there is a bus stop right outside the property should you wish to go further afield. There is free parking on the roads to the side and rear of the property
