The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with double electric ovens and low hob, microwave, larder fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for six people (can extend to seat eight) and a woodburning stove, a sitting room with TV with Sky, a DVD player and woodburning stove, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with balcony with seating, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with decking and furniture, as well as off-road parking for 4 cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fibre Optic WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and stairgate available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, first pet free, 20 for the second.
