At the same time, the house is just 150 metres from the village high street, giving easy access to shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, while still offering a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day. The house is a mid terrace property arranged over two floors and offers bright, open plan living on the ground floor. The living and dining space features parquet flooring, comfortable seating, a wood burner for cosy evenings, a smart TV, and free WiFi throughout. Large sliding patio doors lead out to a private courtyard garden with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying the sun in warmer months. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self catering stays, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading into the mountains or enjoying a relaxed meal together in the evening. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, making the house well suited to couples, families, or small groups. The Forest Room features a double bed and lovely views towards Snowdon and the nearby slate quarry. The Nautical Room can be set up as either a king size double or twin beds to suit your needs. The Mountain Room includes bunk beds and storage, making it ideal for children. A spacious family bathroom includes a large P shaped bath and a rain shower.
