Situated near the River Camel & the famous Camel Trail which is on the estuary that attracts many wading birds. The famous Camel Trail is just a few minutes away! Beaches just 10 minutes by car. Eden Project is 30 minutes by car. Padstow/Port Isaac 20 minutes by car. Newquay airport/Bodmin parkway railway station 20/30 minutes by car. Pencarrow house/garden 5 minutes. Lanhydrock house/garden 15 minutes.Local beaches just 10 mins away!
