Spring gardens is one of the oldest houses in wadebridge town . It is a Grade II listed former merchants house complete with original features dating back to 1670

Wadebridge is a former market town complete with old bridge over the river camel (known as the bridge on wool!) On which it was reportedly built. The famous camel trail is nearby & is great for cycling, walking & birdwatching.Eden Project is 30 mins away & local beaches just 10 mins away!
