Our new Cornish holiday lodge is a roomy 20 x 40 feet & finished to a high specification. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with large shower. There is a walk in wardrobe off this bedroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and inbuilt wardrobe. Opposite it is the second bathroom, which has a shower & bath. Bedding linen and towels are provided. The lounge, kitchen & dining area is spacious and light. There are two sofas, a television & DVD player in the lounge section. In the dining section there is a dining table and four chairs. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and utensils. There is unlimited 4G cellular data via a MiFi box. The property is situated in a quiet spot within the park. The park has tennis courts, a children’s playground, a bar, a shop and two restaurants. Our lodge is ideal for couples and families. There is off road parking for two vehicles. It is a no smoking property. Pets are not allowed. It is not a party lodge. If you want to party, please do it elsewhere and use the lodge as a base and to relax in. We expect guests to abide by our lodge rules and keep the place clean and in good order. If the lodge is left in an unacceptable state then we will charge the guests for any cost required to remedy the matter. We will provide lodge rules prior to check in.

St. Merryn Park is less than a mile from St. Merryn, a small village, which has 7 wonderful beaches within easy reach by car. St. Merryn is 2.5 miles from Padstow, a beautiful Cornish fishing village at the mouth of the River Camal. Rick Stein's Deli and Seafood Restaurant can be found in Padstow. Across the estuary is Rock and the surfing beach of Polzeath. The river Camal can be walked or cycled along by using the Camal trail, on which you can take in the Camal Valley Vineyard. The Eden project near St. Austell is about 40 minutes drive away. For those of an active nature, the area is perfect for a variety of watersports, coastal walks, cycling and golf. And there are plenty of excellent pubs and restaurants for refreshment and dining.
