Stiniog Lodge is a spacious cottage located a mile from Blaenau Ffestiniog. The cottage has five bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the other four each with mezzanine sleeping areas offering flexible accommodation for up to twelve people. There is a shower and a cloakroom on the ground floor, along with a kitchen with dining area and woodburner, a sitting room with dining area and a large room for bikes and equipment storage. Outside are terraced gardens and ample off road parking. Stiniog Lodge is set in a quiet location but with cycle tracks, walks, slate caverns and more on the doorstep, with the mountains of Snowdonia and the wonderful coastline also within easy Terraced garden has drops and an unfenced pond, children to be supervised. Note: Mezzanine sleeping areas reached via open tread ships ladders with low head height, not suitable for young children or the infirm. Note: Pets to be kept downstairs on tiled floors only. Note - This property has a good house keeping bond of 200 which will be authorised to the card prior when the booking is made. Note - This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights during the school summer holidays. If the cot, highchair or stair gate are needed please advise us at least a week before your booking.

The historic slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is situated in a superb, central position for exploring the Snowdonia National Park, and has a good selection of amenities. The main local attractions include the slate mines - where visitors can take fascinating underground trips to see mining as it was done in days gone by - and the famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway which runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Many glorious local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
