As its name suggests, Stone’s Throw is just a short walk to Walmer’s attractive seafront, The Strand with its beach front cafes and shops, and the coastal promenade which takes you into Deal, with its iconic pier, seafront restaurants and pubs and buzzing high street with boutique shops and artisan delis. The cottage is a spacious, modern, and comfortable holiday home with a large sitting room, open plan kitchen dining room and sunny courtyard garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a family shower room. This lovely family friendly holiday home also benefits from free on-street parking outside the cottage. It's pet friendly too! Please note: due to the open staircase this property is not suitable for babies or toddlers, therefore only children 5 years and above.

Deal, in Kent, is a town on the south coast of England, situated where the North Sea and the English Channel meet. Located just 8 miles south of Ramsgate and 8 miles north east of Dover, this picturesque town is a former fishing, mining and garrison town. In 2014, Deal won the Telegraph ‘High Street of the Year’ award and also features in the Times 30 Best Places By the Sea. Today its main attraction is it its wonderful coastline, which is within easy access of the town itself. Walmer is an adjoining town, closely associated with Deal and located just along the coast. Walmer’s pebble beach is essentially a continuation of Deal’s beach and whilst Deal’s beach restricts access to dogs during the summer months, Walmer welcomes dogs on its beach all year round.
