This 4-bedroom apartment features four ensuite rooms with cosy single beds for a restful night’s sleep, a smart desk setup for productivity, and practical storage to keep everything organised. Whether you’re here to study, relax, or explore, this offers the ideal mix of comfort and convenience. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ✅ Please note that non-ensuite single rooms do not include kitchen access. ✅ Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans. ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be an extra charge. Late arrivals without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for Students Only. ✅ Please be informed that we do not allow non-students to stay in the accommodation. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
