Studio Lodge is a detached building, with it's own private entrance. Accommodation is for up to 4 people. *Before booking* please note property layout and sleeping facilities: Ground floor contains carpeted living space with a sofa bed (double), tiled kitchenette (with gas cooker, fridge, sink) and tiled bathroom (with large shower), and stairs to carpeted attic space. Attic space contains additional sleeping space (double futon with mattress). *Please note stairs to attic space are narrow, and there is no door closure. Head room is restricted due to roof beams (see pics). *Before booking* please check following house rules / facilities: No smoking permitted anywhere on the property Children can not be accommodated No pets There is no WiFi Linen is provided but no linen service Parties are not permitted and noise levels must be kept to a minimum No air conditioning There is on site parking. There is heating. The property is near to the historic 1066 town of Battle (3 km) and ideally placed to explore Britain's historic South Coast. A great base also, for country walks, RSPB Fore Wood Nature Reserve is 5 mins on foot. If you want leave the car behind, transport links are good with Crowhurst mainline train station (Hastings to London line) is 6 mins walk. Local pubs include The Plough (1.5 km) and The Black Horse (2 km) Driving – 5 mins to Bexhill-on-Sea link road.
