The master bedroom includes king size bed and ensuite shower room, plus a bijou balcony tucked at the rear. The second room offers twin beds, and the family bathroom includes a bath with shower over. There is a delightful open plan living space with a stylish fitted kitchen, dining space for four and comfy seating around the television. Not to mention the stunning views over the Camel Estuary! Sliding doors open out to the balcony, perfect for dining alfresco in the sunshine and watching the ever changing tides down below. There is one allocated parking space within the grounds and EV charging available. Small well behaved dogs are welcome, but please do not allow them on the furniture.
