Sunnyside Lodge is a bright and welcoming property. It has a patio to the front that attracts the sun from early morning to sunset. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob with a wok burner, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, radio and wine cooler. There is an excellent selection of cutlery and cooking utensils. The living room has a 2 seater couch, 2 chairs and a coffee table as well as a HD TV and blue ray dvd player. There is a Huawai cube which provides internet access as well as having built in Amazon Alexa functionality. The double bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space as well as a dressing table and bedside cabinets. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The twin bedroom has two single beds, overhead storage, a bedside unit and a small wardrobe and drawers. The main bathroom has a toilet and walk-in shower.

Dunning is a small historic, picturesque village in Perth & Kinross located in the Strathearn valley. Know for its rich past spanning Roman camps to early Christian legends. The village has a population of around 1000 and is about a 10 minute walk from the Lodge Park. Within the village there is a small Nisa Local convenience store, a popular deli/coffee shop called Little Fort Deli, The Kirkstyle Inn, The Dunning Hotel and Dunning Golf Club. The Kirkstyle Inn is a charming gastro pub, dating back to 1716. It has a great menu serving local seasonal produce as well as stone baked pizzas. It also has an outdoor garden larder cafe. The Dunning hotel also has a very good menu with different specialities on certain nights of the week. The Golf Club clubhouse also has an excellent menu including hot and cold breakfast items, lunch and high teas, The Kirkstyle Inn and Dunning Hotel are both dog friendly. Sights around Dunning include St Serf's Church dating from the 12th century, Maggie Wall's Memorial, a Roman Marching Camp at Kincladie Wood and evidence of it's Jacobite History. There is also many good walks around Dunning and the surrounding hills, a nine hole gold course and tennis courts. The City of Perth is a 9 mile drive, and the charming village of Auchterarder is around 6 miles. There are a number of local farm shops including Broadslap which is know for its fresh fruit and vegetable and Gloagburn which has a restaurant/coffee shop as well as a wide range of farm produce, bakery items, wines, beers and spirits.
