The well-appointed kitchen leads to a spacious open plan sitting / dining room with french doors that open to a delightful patio, facing the garden. The comfortable bedroom boasts a king bed and a modern en suite bathroom. This is the perfect space for a peaceful work-orientated stay or for exploring picturesque Frome, nearby Bath, Wells and surrounds. This spacious annex has off-street parking and its own entrance. You enter into the fully equipped kitchen, which has a gas hob, electric oven/ microwave, dishwasher, cooking essentials and all the pots, pans and accessories you need to cater effortlessly during your stay. The large open plan sitting / dining room is to your right with access to your own patio area. To the left is the separate bedroom where you will find a king size bed fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and a memory foam mattress that will ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom has a shower. There is a large chest of drawers and a hanging rail for your clothing. There is fast and reliable internet connection. There is excellent central heating throughout the annex. There is a small washing machine in the kitchen. This is the perfect space for a peaceful work-orientated stay or for exploring Frome, the nearby historic city of Bath, Wells and National Trust properties in the area.

The Ash Tree annex is on a quiet road, at the end of the cul de sac. Central Frome is a six minute drive away, where you will find an array of boutique shops, bars and restaurants. We are 30 minutes drive from Bath, which is also accessible via bus and train. SHOPPING TESCO EXPRESS - Nearby 90 Forest Road, Frome (07:00 - 23:00) - 5 minutes walk. Turn right at the bottom of Laurel Close, Tescos is on the right hand side. There is also a cash machine here. M&S SIMPLY FOOD Kingsway, Frome (08:30 - 19:00) - 7 minutes drive into the town centre. SAINSBURYS Wessex Fields, Frome - 12 minutes drive to the other side of town. Large supermarket. Fuel is also on sale here. ASDA SUPERSTORE Warminster Road, Frome - 6 minutes drive. Fuel is also on sale here. LIDL Garsdale, Frome - 8 minutes drive. THE FARM SHOP White Row Farm, Beckington (08:00 - 17:00) - 7 minute drive. Locally sourced meat, fish counter and deli, as well as a popular local restaurant and fish and chip shop, with a kids play area. RYE BAKERY For the best fresh sourdough in the area. 1. Main cafe and community hub off Catherine Hill in the centre of town 2. Cafe, bakery and shop by the Frome train station. There are a variety of great street food vendors here and it’s worth visiting especially on Fridays and Saturdays when there is music and a real buzz!
