The Butler's Flat at Solsgirth Home Farm is a luxury flat converted from former servant’s quarters at a country house, sleeping two guests. Located on the ground floor, it’s a cosy space for relaxing, with access to footpaths around the working farm, working farm, which features rhea, emu and llama, as well as traditional pig, cattle and sheep breeds. A short drive away are fantastic walks in the hills or along the coast, with several Scottish cities within one hour’s drive.

Guest access Guests have private use of the whole property with amazing walks around the farm from the front door. Other things to note The property is located on Solsgirth Home Farm, a working farm with a difference. The farm ethos is a focus on everything working full circle and in harmony with nature and the environment. The bees provide honey and pollinate the apple trees at the same time. The apples themselves provide fruit juice and the pomace that remains after the crushing of apples helps to feed the animals on the farm. The farm stretches to around 360 acres, mostly grassland with 100 acres of woodland, and you’ll find a fascinating range of animals from unusual breeds of cattle, sheep and pigs to “big birds” - rhea and emu, plus llamas. Monthly markets on-site feature many local producers, as well as Solsgirth Home Farm products. Where you’ll be Solsgirth Home Farm is located just outside the village of Dollar, Clackmannanshire, Scotland with walking, historical and family visitor attractions nearby. It is also perfectly located for visiting several Scottish cities, with Stirling only 30 minutes away, and the cities of Perth, Glasgow, Dundee and Edinburgh all within one hour’s drive.
