Beautiful dormer bungalow, 1 king size bedroom with master en-suite upstairs, double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink downstairs, 2nd sitting room/play room with single day bed. Large kitchen/diner, large lounge with two sets of double French doors out to raised decking area, with a large Smart TV with Freeview channels and you can connect to such apps as Netflix, Disney & Amazon Prime. Large family wet room with 2 sinks and walk in shower. Good size garden secure for pets, beautiful views of the golf course and mountains beyond. A super quiet neighbourhood.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. One block back from the sea and overlooking Rhos on Sea Golf course with Mountain views to the rear, 5 minute drive to Llandudno centre one way, 5 minute drive to Rhos on Sea the other.
