On the seafront in Mumbles, with spectacular sea views of Swansea Bay, this small, charming, family-run guest house prides itself on its comfortable accommodations and tasty breakfasts. Free WiFi access throughout is available. The Coast House has just 7 rooms, guaranteeing its guests friendly, attentive, individual service and a quiet, relaxing break. Rooms are either en suite or have a private bathroom and most of the rooms have good sea views. Each room has a hairdryer, fluffy towels, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with Freeview digital channels. The price includes a selection of hot breakfast options, cereal and juices, fresh fruit and yogurt. As it is only a small guest house, the Coast House cannot provide 24-hour check-ins. Guests should provide their arrival time in advance, in order to ensure that they can be checked-in. The Coast House is a family-run guest house with over 40 years experience of looking after guests.

My name's Andrew and I'm the third generation of our family to manage Coast House spanning nearly 50 years in our lovely historic building facing the sea. As you can imagine, with such history in this location and experience of running B&B's, we know a thing or two about hosting guests and providing information about the local environment and its treasures. An avid surfer, if you're looking for places to spend time in the water or which small coves and beaches to visit, I'm well versed in which direction to point you to make the most of the outdoors in our area.

With incredible, uninterrupted sea views, Coast House is the perfect location for your stay in Mumbles. Placed on the edge of The Gower Peninsular and the wonderful beaches and countryside within, we are perfectly placed as a base to explore as well as being within walking distance of the village of Mumbles with its wealth of restaurants and shops. Our rooms are clean, comfortable, and boast great views and our breakfasts are plentiful.

Neighborhood info

Mumbles is known and the gateway to Gower and for good reason. Placed on the edge of The Gower Peninsular - the UK's first area of Natural Outstanding Beauty - the village is bustling with independent shops and restaurants but within a short walk has magnificent cliff paths, a beautiful Victorian Pier and incredible Blue-Flag awarded beaches with lots of potential for watersports.
