One large Super King bedroom, with extra bed settee and further small double room., ideal for children. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Both rooms, and bathroom are for your family only. Tea and coffee facilities available to both rooms. Bacon Rolls, Croissants and fresh coffee, served to the room at small extra cost . Ideal for a family with 2/3 children. travel cot available also. The property is set in a beautiful Conservation Area, with field an sea views to front, and garden views to the rear. Unlimited free parking, on a quiet road, directly outside the property. . The beach, town and train station are less than a ten minute walk away.
Set in a quiet Conservation Area. With a 5 minute walk to the bus stop , where the number 12 bus comes every 10 minutes, taking you to Rhos on Sea and Llandudno. Around 8 minutes away is the train Station. There are three beautiful restaurants within walking distance of the property for an evening meal. With a Weatherspoons next to the train station for a cheap breakfast.
