Renovated in 2019 this luxurious, Victorian, red brick barn is situated on the Romney Marsh Ridge, in the grounds of the owner’s farmhouse in a rural hamlet known as Court-at-Street. The barn benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and uninterrupted views across the fields towards the North Downs to the front. The Tennis court and swimming pool in the owners grounds next to the Cowshed but can be made available by prior booking with the owners. Please note the tennis court is free to use, but there is a small hourly charge for use of the pool. It is a short drive to many beaches and a mile from the Port Lympne Animal Park.

Hi, I'm Alice and as a family we dreamed for a number of years of turning our beautiful, disused, Victorian brick barn into a holiday home, where the sunsets and views can be enjoyed by others. Last year it finally became a reality and we hope you enjoy the views and setting as much as we do. We are a family run business with two friendly golden retrievers who live in the farm house next door.

Whatever the weather, our local area can offer a variety of things to do and see for everyone. From beaches, countryside walks, Stately Homes and Castles, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and the Hythe mini steam railway to name but a few local attractions. In addition whether you are looking for a smart lunch at an old histroic country House (The Pig at bridge), a cosy pub meal by an open fire (The Five Bells in Brabourne) or a meal overlooking the English Channel and France ( Rocksalt), the area has plenty of great places to eat and drink out.
