The Crow's Nest is the perfect place to relax, unwind and chillout. A beautiful seaside retreat in central Broadstairs. It's like staying at a personalised boutique hotel... with you as the only guests. Guest will stay in lovely cosy twin/double room with plenty of home comforts including luxury beds, toiletries, 4k TV and phone charging facilities. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided in the room. Beach gear loan is also provided for free - including beach chairs, parasols, games, phone chargers, and beach mats. The bathroom is very clean and although the description says 'shared', it is mainly for guest use. As well as a free play retro arcade in the hallway, my guests can also use the Crow's Nest Cinema Room if the weather is bad - rather than staying in their room. The back garden is a relaxing sun trap featuring tropical palm trees, flaming lanterns and candles. A fire pit is also available upon request. The garden feature a cosy seating area in the corner and an outside dining table. Guests have the use of the guest twin bedroom, the bathroom, hallway arcade, kitchen and back & front garden. I only take two guests at a time as there is only the one room available - so guests won't be sharing the house with any other visitors. I am the only person who lives here (with my cat) and I keep a low profile; but am on hand for any assistance you may require. With The Crow's Nest, my main priority is to create a relaxing, personalised seaside escape, where guests can relax, have fun and feel as if they're staying at a boutique hotel opened exclusively for them.

I am very sociable but give guests their own space. I am on hand as a guide to the area if needed. I absolutely love hosting guests here and I have met some very interesting people during my hosting journey. I live here with my fat cat and we both share a love of video games, movies, music and socialising. I work in London remotely from the house so will usually be tucked away in my design studio - unless my guests require assistance. I live here with my cat nicknamed 'Tubs' who loves meeting new people. My hobby is collecting and restoring vintage arcade machines from the 1980's. When they're repaired and brought back to life, I make them available for guests to play on for free in the Crow's Nest Retro Arcade. Guests can access the house via a key to the front door which I give to them when they check in. The guest room is also lockable.

Crow Hill is very peaceful and quiet road just a short walking distance from the beach (5-10 mins down the road). There is free on-street parking outside the house. This area has 17 sandy beaches and two of them are at the end of the road - Stone Bay which is a quiet relaxed beach and Viking Bay which is the busy main family beach.
