The Escape Pod is a beautiful holiday home, located on a Parkdean site in the picturesque village of Heysham and conveniently situated for the port of Heysham, with links to Isle of Man. The park serves as a great base for your getaway, with kids' clubs, entertainment and loads of great facilities on your doorstep. A fresh and modern caravan featuring a stylish interior that you will all love. A real home from home with great amenities for all to enjoy. The Escape Pod has modern fittings throughout, featuring a TV/DVD and very comfortable sofas in the living space. Full range of appliances in kitchen including integrated dishwasher. This caravan can host up to eight guests when utilising the sofa bed. The master bedroom also has a WiFi enabled TV. It is perfect for families looking for comfort and a little more space. Private parking for 2 vehicles Decking area Central Heating Double Glazing Flatscreen TV/DVD in lounge Electric fire WiFi Microwave Gas Oven with grill Dining area fridge freezer Dishwasher Bed made up on arrival Extras for special occasions can be added on request at time of booking Travel cot with linen and linen for sofa bed available at extra cost Entertainment/Activity Passes are NOT included, but can be purchased at main reception

Your hosts are Pete and Denise, both hardworking professionals, who know how precious time away from it all is, even for a few short days. Whether you want full on action and activities galore or enjoy coastal walks there's a bit of everything around Heysham and Morecambe area. We enjoy a walk along the promenade, even when blowing a gale. There are some recommended pubs in the local area that we enjoy visiting for drinks and a meal. Further afield Morecambe offer the traditional seaside activities. We are kindly assisted by Keighley, our property manager. Keighley is usually the one in contact with our guests, and makes sure that everything is ready for your stay, from stocking the hand soap to making the bed. She's very amenable and approachable should you require anything extra.

If you want to be close to the coastal waters of the North West, Ocean Edge Holiday Park near Heysham is a great choice. As its name suggests, Ocean Edge is located right on the seafront, offering fantastic views of the stunning Irish Sea, plus there’s plenty to do both on and off park. Kids and adults are well entertained, with a range of activities to choose from. Swim in the heated indoor pool or relax in the sauna, while the kids can enjoy the indoor soft play and outdoor playground. Then try your luck in the amusement arcade with its range of new and traditional games. After a day exploring, enjoy family time with a tasty meal in the Boathouse Bar & Restaurant. Then you can visit the Showbar for some fantastic weekend entertainment. Alternatively, check out some of the local bars/restaurants/cafes/pubs.
