Formally an 18th century coaching inn, The Fleece Inn includes original features such as old oak beams and fireplaces. Lancaster city center is a 15-minute drive, and the university is just 3.7 mi away. Free private parking is available on site. The award-winning restaurant at The Fleece Inn serves traditional British cuisine, with international dishes also available. The steak and ale pie is homemade with local ale. A full English breakfast is also served in the dining room. Free Wi-Fi, a TV and a private bathroom are featured in each room. A resident’s lounge including a TV and internet access is also provided.
