We have designed The Garden Room to offer you contemporary open plan living in a surprisingly spacious private space. With oak flooring, central heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom The kitchen area is very well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Neff oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepans, ovenware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cleaning items. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and complimentary Molton Brown body wash and shampoo are provided. High quality towels are also provided. The bedroom has a luxury double bed with Egyptian cotton bedlinen, a dressing table and small wardrobe. A smart tv with DV’s player is provided. You will find an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. A hairdryer and Cath Kidston hot water bottle are in the bedside table drawers. There is a clock radio. The living area had a stylish Ercol sofa, Ercol vintage breakfast table and chairs suitable to use as a desk if needed. Fill Wi-fi is profiled. The Garden Room is fitted with Bluetooth. The accommodation is detached from our house and has the luxury of a private small separate outside seating area with table, chairs and sunshade.

Deal is a delightful seaside town with a wonderful selection of boutique shops, museums, art galleries, a pier and a of very good restaurants and pubs some even have live music. There are bikes to hirer on the seafront and we have walk books for anyone who enjoys walking. We are very happy to make suggestions for a nice day out or recommend our favourite restaurants. It is very important to us that our guests make the most of their stay and enjoy every moment. The Garden Room is minutes from the beautiful seafront, town and railway station
