The self contained studio is situated a few rows back from the seafront so is a little quieter but close to all amenities. There are several cafes at the end of the street for breakfast if you do not wish to cook your own with the facilities in the room. All restaurants, pubs and shops are a one to two minute walk away, as is the promenade, pier and traditional Victorian seafront.
