Bed & optional continental breakfast with three deluxe bedrooms and a pod with hot tub Each room has been decorated to a modern but classic standard and has its own en-suite. The rooms come fully equipped with the latest television system, hairdryer, toiletries and towels. A continental breakfast will be supplied in your room at an additional charge if you have opted for breakfast rate (please note this must be eaten in your room) at weekends we serve brunch from 10am that you can enjoy for an additional cost Along with a restaurant serving hearty Scottish food, this smoke-free B&B has a bar with a beautiful log burning stove. Free WiFi throughout the property and free self parking are also provided in our large car park, we can also store bikes securely (subject to availability) Any pets staying in our accommodation will be charged a one off rate of 10 GBP (max 2) no dogs allowed in the pod a 75GBP security deposit is required for staying in our pod and will be taken by pre authorisation of a card at check in and returned automatically 24hrs after checkout all being fine the pod includes a free continental breakfast per person If you’d like to make a dinner reservation please get in touch Our bar and restaurant are closed Mondays we serve food from 12-8pm Tuesday - Sunday if you are checking in out with our normal 3-8pm hours please make sure you are contactable for us to provide you with self check in instructions as we may close the bar earlier than our stated 10pm close

We are situated on the a68 4 miles south from pathhead. Whilst staying at the Juniperlea there is a lot of countryside and beautiful walks to be had. You can get the local bus service that leaves from outside our premises and takes you directly to Edinburgh or the Scottish borders.
