Opposite the beach, with spectacular views of Llandudno Bay, the adult-only Kendrick guest house offers rooms with attached bathroom and a cooked breakfast. Free parking and free WiFi are also available. The Kendrick is a family-run bed and breakfast. All rooms have a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The private bathrooms were refurbished in 2016 and most feature a rainfall shower. Breakfast options include a cold buffet with a range of cereals, fresh fruit, juice and yogurts. A full Welsh breakfast, kippers or smoked salmon muffins are also available. There is a licensed bar with a range of quality drinks, including locally produced ales. Llandudno town center, the Venue Cymru theater and the Mostyn Champneys shopping center are all within 10 minutes’ walk from the guest house. Attractions within 10 minutes’ drive of the Kendrick include Conwy Castle, a World Heritage Site, Colwyn Bay and the Great Orme Country park. Llandudno Junction Railway Station is 3.5 miles away.

Our dedication is rewarded by the growing number of repeat bookings from satisfied guests who have enjoyed staying with us since we bought The Kendrick.

Property info

Situated midway between the Great and Little Ormes we have one of the best locations on the promenade with spectacular views across the bay, close to the Venue Cymru and a level walk to Llandudno town centre. We have our own private car park for guests. We have renovated all the en-suite bathrooms to a high standard and have an ongoing programme of updating the Kendrick to make our guests feel at home in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We pride ourselves in providing high levels of personal service and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. In our Sea View dining room we serve what is probably the best breakfast in Llandudno.

Neighborhood info

We are situated in the Craig-Y-Don area of Llandudno promenade, which is a quiet area of the town very near to the Venue Cymru theatre and conference centre and a level stroll along the sea front to Llandudno town centre and the retail parks and from a good number of local restaurants serving quality food.
