Delightful two bedroom holiday home, situated on the outskirts of Wadebridge. The house is attached to our family home, with an entrance via its own front door and access to the rear of the house from sliding patio doors. We are situated behind the Royal Cornwall Showground and the view from the rear of the house really does go on for miles and miles! The house has recently been updated and painted, has a brand new functional and stylish kitchen with everything you need for a week away from home (oven, hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle, and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you could want!). There is a new, large shower, stylish soft furnishings throughout, and a second small w.c downstairs. The house offers two double sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, sleeping four people really comfortably. Alternatively our little house is equally ideal for two people. There is ample comfortable seating made up of a two seater sofa and one armchair, a dining table for four people, a modern TV, and all bedding and towels are provided. We have a one parking space outside the property. If you have more than one car, there is additional space along the road, a couple minutes walk.

Hi, we’re Ben and Jemma. We lived in Edinburgh for many years, where we owned some award winning cafes and coffee shops. We sold up, and set off in our campervan with our one year old, to travel through Europe for a year. 20,000 miles and a baby bump later we returned to the UK, and moved back to Cornwall to be closer to family. We’re now a family of four, and love being back in Cornwall, and the beautiful town of Wadebridge, close to incredible beaches and amazing places to eat! As we are ‘next door’, if you need anything during your stay we’re just a knock on the door away.

We are adjoining the Royal Cornwall Showground but only a short distance from Wadebridge town centre, with a fantastic range of independent shops and places to eat and drink. Wadebridge itself is a wonderful town, with its historic town centre, array of independent shops and places to eat and drink, and the renowned Camel Trail leading to either Bodmin or Padstow. We have parking on the premises for one car but there is additional public parking nearby. There are bus stops within 5 mins walk of the house and it is possible to walk into Wadebridge. Newquay airport is 20 mins away and there are bus links to Bodmin Parkway railway station. The house is on the A30 which is a main road but has easy and fantastic access to many nearby beaches, different towns and tourist spots. By car we are the perfect base to access the famous surfing beaches of North Cornwall - Polzeath, Watergate Bay, Newquay etc. All are within 20 minutes drive, as are Rock, Padstow and the airport. You won’t be lacking in local knowledge and advice if you stay here, just ask us and we can help you plan your holiday.
