Our role is that of booking agent: we handle enquiries, reservations, and payments on behalf of the property owner. The responsibility for preparing, maintaining, and managing the property, including cleaning, appliances, facilities, and any on-holiday concerns, rests with the owner or their appointed caretaker/housekeeper.
