Mr & Mrs Kennedy have owned this property for 40 years and have lovingly renovated this house to its former glory. Mr Kennedy is always on call to offer help and advice about the house or for Whitstable information in general. The Kennedy's offers its guests to celebrate with family and friends at The Ness or just relax and unwind while staying at this splendid family house!

The house is sea facing and it's possible to walk straight onto the beach from the garden decked area. In low tide you can walk out to the sea and enjoy collecting cockles, shrimping or just walking along the coast to Seasalter. On high tide its ideal for swimming or for playing on the shingle and the sandy beach . Theres also a beautiful promenade for walking to the Harbour or to Seasalter. The house is positioned between the Harbour and the The Whitstable Oyster Fishery which are both a 2 minute walk away. Whitstable itself has many artisan delicatessens, butchers, florists, tea shops, cafes and individual boutiques to explore and enjoy. A car is not really needed as there are plenty of lovely walks to enjoy with the kids and your dog! Bike hire is available in Harbour street at a reasonable price. Buses are also available in Harbour street to Canterbury where you can do some great sightseeing.
