Self contained apartment with Kitchen / Diner / Lounge with vaulted ceiling. Double Bedroom ensuite walk-in shower room
Owner hosted to provide a personal service.
Located within a quite district close to the Bolton / Bury border and within walking distance of woodlands and parks and pubs. Shopping is close by. Journey to Heaton Park and Manchester is easy via the Metrolink Trams.
