Our properties are scrupulously cleaned prior to our guest’s arrival and, for those staying with us for longer periods, we have cleaners attending the property on a regular basis. The property is available to book direct.

We at Carlill Properties Ltd, have recently purchased this property and are pleased to offer a 1 bedroom apartment which gives you a warm and generous welcome. Free high speed Wi-Fi, contemporary furniture, flat screen TV and free parking; the Apartment offers a genuine “home from home” accommodating up to 2 people. You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. It is fully furnished with everything you require, including linen and towels, which are professionally cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standard. There is a compact fully equipped kitchen area with everything needed from a few days away up to a longer stay. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, fridge, washer dryer and all kitchenware is provided. The dining area is ideal for entertaining and comfortably seats up to 4 people. All crockery is also supplied. The cosy bedroom has a zip-lock bed with ample storage and bedside lights. The 3 piece bathroom has a shower pod with a powerful shower. The apartment has been thoughtfully decorated in relaxing modern colours and furniture. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Neighborhood info

Just a very short walk away there is a variety of local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways, and Wigan Town Centre is 0.5 miles away Tesco Extra is only about 5-10 minute walk (less than 2 minutes by car) and the main town centre shopping area such as The Grand Arcade and The Galleries are also just a few minutes walk. There are two Wigan mainline train stations and we would suggest walking as there is a charge to park at the main train station car park. However there are many other small cheaper car parks nearby. The beautiful and famous Haigh Woodland Park is 0.6 miles walk away and the rugged West Pennine Moors are only about 15 minutes drive. The main Wigan Hospital (Royal Infirmary) is a short 400 metres walk away.
