Cosy ground floor accommodation with high beamed ceilings, superking bed, walk in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, small outside washing line. Small kitchen with split level Neff oven and Neff induction hob, Miele dishwasher, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer box.

Walking and playing golf

5 minute walk to harbour, shops, pubs and eateries. 3 minute walk to Prideaux Place and deer park, 2 minutes from parish church.
