**Important** Rental of the property requires advance payment of security deposit** **Hot tub rental is included** This lovely property is set on the shores of the Menai Straits (40 metres) and enjoys access to a public slip-way for boat launching & sea activities (50 metres). With one of the island's most successful seafood and modern cuisine restaurants (Dylan's) just a two minute walk away where you can enjoy a sunset cocktail on its terrace overlooking the straits. The house boasts a large wall mounted TV connected to Sky Q which includes sports packages and Sonos surround sound. There is a rib-ride and water sport centre (also a 2 minute walk away) with coastal paths and walks along the shore of the straits, at close hand (4 mins)
I am happy to share my wonderful home with friendly guests. I live overseas so am rarely in the area. Please respect the house and the neighbours. Have fun guys :-)
The town of Menai Bridge boasts a selection of pubs and restaurants together with stunning views of the ocean, Snowdonia and the straits. The popular holiday towns of Beaumaris and Benllech are only a 10 mins drive away. Access to Snowdonia and Zip-World is also just a 30-45 min drive away
