The Old Studio, Briggate is situated in the old market town of Knaresborough.
Ideally located between the town centre and riverside for the iconic Castle Grounds, Viaduct views as well as a bustling town full of independent shops and eateries and the riverside for lovely picturesque walks.
The property is rather unique and quirky which dates back to the 1700’s.
Upon entering the property, you step into the vibrant living room.
To the left the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a modern/ country style.
Through the stone arch from the living you enter into the large bedroom with a king size bed and large built-in wardrobes.
To the left of the bedroom is a shower room and toilet.
The property has a small patio with a bench - all behind black and gold railings.
Private Parking is available for 1 car located 100 metres away.
As a local resident, I am super passionate about my local picturesque town.
I have lived in Knaresborough all my life and will be on hand to offer any guidance, advice and to answer any questions to make your stay in Knaresborough one you will thoroughly enjoy.
Having lived in the property for a number of years, I am sure you will love it just as much as I do.

The Old Studio is in the ideal location.
150 meters to the two local riverside pubs; The Half Moon and Mother Shipton’s Inn - both ideal for a drink and serve lovely menus.
In less than a 5 minutes walk down the hill you are on the waterside which leads round to the iconic Viaduct and lovely independent water-front cafes.
Within a 5 minute walk up the hill you are in the town centre - a lovely market town with an array of local independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
The Castle grounds and Bebra Gardens again all within a 5 minute walk.
Knaresborough is on the train line to Harrogate, York and Leeds and only a 10 minute drive from the A1.
