The Painted Cow is a playful, design-led holiday home with real personality—warm, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches. It’s the kind of place that feels instantly uplifting: comfortable seating for slow mornings, a well-equipped kitchen for easy suppers, and inviting bedrooms that make early nights feel like a treat.
I have several holiday homes in the area and enjoy working with all of them, I am an Interior Designer so I ensure that the properties look amazing as I want my guests to enjoy their stay. The Painted Cow is perfect for elegant countryside stays for multi-generational family breaks, group stays and luxury in the countryside. We look forward to welcoming you.
Beautiful countryside ideal for walking, local pubs with tasty food, moffat has amazing shops and cafes to explore. Moffat museum, Grey mare's tale. About 30-40 mile from beautiful solway coastline featuring stunning beaches. Summer festivals and music events.
