The apartment is located on the ground floor within my home but has it's own private entrance, outside seating area and plenty of parking, directly outside on a private road no-through road. The studio is divided into two areas: the bedroom area has a very comfortable 5ft kingsize bed, triple wardrobe and two bedside tables with plenty of storage. The luxurious shower room features a gigantic shower, WC and washbasin with storage beneath and illuminated mirror. Shampoo, conditioner, soap & fresh towels are provided. The fully-fitted, well-equipped kitchen features an electric fan oven, halogen hob with cooker hood, microwave and large integrated fridge/freezer. It's fully equipped with crockery, glassware, utensils and cooking equipment. The sitting area has a large L-shaped sofa bed that converts into a double bed, suitable for a couple or children. There's also a dining table and chairs to accommodate four people and smart TV. The table could also be used as a desk and there is free wi-fi.
