The Three Bears Lodge, Coniston Drive 11 consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite and TV, and two twins with TV, along with a shower room. Outside, there is enclosed wraparound decking with furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Highchair available. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. No dogs on any of the furnishings. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.2 miles, pub in 0.9 miles, canal in 1 mile, lake in 0.1 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent; please bring your own towels for the pool and hot tub. Iron and ironing board available. Located just off the M6 and 20 miles south of the scenic Lake District, Carnforth is the sort of place that everyone has heard of, and many desire to discover this hidden gem. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, it is close to absolutely everywhere! Other local attractions include Greenlands Farm Village for crafts, local produce, a play area, café and a garden centre. The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. It offers plenty of pleasant walks and opportunity to see local birds and wildlife in this fabulous area of Lancashire. Don't forget to visit the lovely old market town of Kirkby Lonsdale where you can walk or cycle along the Lancaster to Kendal Canal nearby.
