Our bungalow has a long drive way so has off road parking for 2 vehicles and then parking for a further 2 on the road outside. Just a 5 minute walk for the golf club, cricket club and many other scenic walks its the perfect location to relax. Local pubs and restaurants include The Woolpack, Cotton House, Village stores, The Coach and Whitchaff is a little further but all within a 5 min car journey.
You can visit The Whitikar museum and a coffee over looking the Park or even a trip on the Steam train from Rawtenstall in to the historic town of Ramsbottom. If you're an adrenaline junkie visit the famous Rossendale ski slop and try you skills at tubing or skiing. Foodie Friday at Rawtenstall market is a great night out for a but of street food and a drink. You're a 25 minute drive in to central Manchester and the X43 will drop you off right into the City Centre.
