The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite basin and WC and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private decking area with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking and no stag, hen or similar parties. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tiptoes Lodge is a fabulous base for your next escape to Lancashire. Note: There is a lake on site, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: This property is unable to accept Sunday check- ins. Note: There are payable laundry facilities on-site. The hot tub may not be fully up to temperature on arrival as they are emptied and refilled on changeover day. Please be aware that there is a minimum of 3 nights stay at this property.
