Ty Dyffryn, Llan Ffestiniog near Blaneau Ffestiniog is an attractive terraced cottage with two bedrooms including a double and a bunk bedroom and there is a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and the sitting area has a woodburning stove and a Smart TV. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and ample on-street parking and there is a terraced area complete with patio furniture. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and a pub is within 0.6 miles. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and this is a no smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
