We have a lovely, bright double room on the ground floor of our home with a Queen size bed that can also be offered as twin beds. We offer a room only basis, with no meals provided. We do not offer kitchen facilities. We are a short walk from the town centre of Wadebridge, where you'll find many independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. A 10-minute drive will get you to lovely beaches such as Daymer Bay, Rock & Polzeath.

We have lived in North Cornwall for 40 years and love it. We regularly have family and friends visiting, but when they are not it is lovely to welcome new people into our home. We enjoy walking and getting out in our lovely local area. We have a lovely cat called Lulu who you might see around our home whilst you stay with us. We'd be happy to share our knowledge of the local area, recommendations for places to visit/eat etc whilst you are with us.

Wadebridge is a lovely market town with plenty of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. A walk into town takes 10 minutes and can include a walk along the river and the well known Camel Trail. You can also hire bikes to ride along the trail to Padstow, or the other way towards Bodmin Moor. We are only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the North Coast such as Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock. There are lovely coastal walks, with several lovely cafes/bars along the way. Our guest room is a large, bright double room on the ground floor of our home, overlooking the garden. Parking is available in our driveway. The guest room has a Queen size bed or twin beds, double wardrobe, drawers and bedside units. There is free WiFi and a smart TV with a sky box and streaming services. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, with a fridge that will be kept stocked with milk and juice during your stay. The large en-suite shower room has walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. Towels and dressing gowns are provided.
