Property is located at the top of the hill with great views. It`s very secure, up the private road, 100m from the main road. Manicured garden surrounds the property. Property is bright, modern and spacious. We`ve had an excellent stay here.

Whitehall Farm is a charming 2 bed cottage positioned on the edge of the historic town of Caerleon. Set in an elevated location and surrounded by 17 acres of pasture land, the property offers uninterrupted, far-reaching views across the River Usk to the Celtic Manor golf course and beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage is moments from Caerleon’s extensive Roman ruins, museums, restaurants, pubs and amenities, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.
We are a family run business consisting of Rachel, Joe, Gary and Louise. We enjoy having people stay at the property and enjoy our local area.
Caerleon has so much to offer; we have a wide range of pubs/restaurants as well as coffee shops/bakeries. In the town centre there is the Roman fortress and barracks and amphitheatre as well as the museum all within walking distance. Caerleon is perfect for outdoor activities such as walking, running and cycling. Newport is served by Routes 4, 46, 47 and 88, linking the city to wider trails across South Wales including longer rides west toward Carmarthen or south toward Cardiff. Walking routes include Newport City to Sea Walk – A scenic 8 km section of the Wales Coast Path, perfect for a steady riverside walk from the city toward the Newport Wetlands and coast and Goldcliff Seawall Walk – A longer (approx. 10 mile / 16 km) flat route along the sea wall between Goldcliff and Caldicot with lovely views over the Severn Estuary. As short drive away is Llandegfedd Reservoir - is a peaceful lakeside destination just outside Newport, offering scenic walking trails, watersports, picnic areas, and stunning views across the surrounding countryside. The property is close to Usk - which has been voted "best place to live in Wales" - again this is full of pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as independent shops. There is also Usk Castle and the Usk rural museum which boost over 5,000 artefacts. Cardiff is a short journey via bus, car or train. There is plenty to do in and around Cardiff including Cardiff museum, theatres, shopping, restaurants/bars as well as beautiful parks and walks.
